MSES/WSB 8th Annual Winter Event Schedule:

4:00 pm - Registration and Check In

• Complimentary valet or ramp parking available.
• Ramp is located on the north side of Pinstripes.​

4:30 pm - MSES Annual Meeting

• Receive updates from the past year.
• Confirm 2020 MSES incoming officers.
• See what's in store for MSES' 125th year!
• ​Get a sneak peak at MSES' brand new look!

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Buffet

• Flatbread pizzas, variety of salads, desserts.
• Cash bar available throughout the evening.

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Team Bowling and Team Bocce Ball

• Maximum of 5 players/team.
• Register as an individual or team.

8:00 pm - 50/50 Raffle Prize Drawing

• Raffle tickets may be purchased with cash/check only at the event.
• Cost - 5 tickets/$20.
• Winner receives 50% of the raffle income.
• Must be present to win.
• Proceeds raised benefit MSES.

9:00 pm - Grand Prize Drawing

• All present MSES Members are eligible to win the grand prize.
• Additional sponsor donated prizes will be given away throughout the evening.  All attendees eligible.  Must be present to win.
